Need Assistance Identifying Engine Harness Wires
 

Hi Guys,

I was helping out a fellow PCA member when we noticed that there were four wires not connected to anything. The wires are run through the driver's side of the engine compartment.

The car is a 1987 911 Targa.

The wire colors are:

1. Brown/White
2. Brown
3. Red/Black
4. Red

Hello, looks like rear wiper motor wires.

That's what I thought, thanks for your help.

I have an 87 targa (euro) but my wiper cables are 3 core with a round plug not 4 core. There is nothing like that on my left engine bay. Can you trace them back any further to where they enter engine bay
