How much for a good 3.2
Just out of pure curiosity, can anyone suggest how much a good 3.2 is worth?

I've seen them go on the average for about $5500. I would say Marq did real well considering the mileage and DME. It shows that if you take your time there are good deals out there.

I have a section on this in my new book. You want to make sure that you get a complete motor, including the brain and harness. Not very useful otherwise.
I've seen them go for about $5500-$7500 depending upon history and mileage. Also, who you buy from is very important... -Wayne

Reguardless of mileage, do a leakdown/compression test. I bought a 3.2 that was supposedly freshly rebuilt from a shop. Unfortunately, by the time I realized all the oil it was pushing out the breather was from the scored cylinders, he wouldn't honor the warrantee. Less than 50% leakdown on 1 cylinder, 2 others were badly scratched.
