Porsche CB Radio

I had a 75 Targa way back when--- It had a Porsche CB radio. The hand

held/mike had all of the controls on it. The unit was located under the passanger

floor board. It was connected to the radio as the radio would go quite when

ever the CB was used.

I put it in my 79 and that car was lost in Katrina.

This is the only part I have left.

Anyone ever see one of these CB units??

my old man had one in his '77 911S. I've only heard about it though, never seen one.

Midland used to have a model something like that.
Check with trucks stops in your areea...almost all truckers still use them...and new models are smaller and better than the older types.

The parts you have don't amount to much, one is for tuning an am/fm/cb antenna the ther is for hanging the cb mic off something like a radio knob, both generic aftermarket cb radio parts

I know the parts are not worth a thing. Just wanted to know if anybody had seen a Porsche CB. The unit I had was a factory unit. Porsche was written across the hand held/ mike. It even came with a set of instructions with the car.
