Limited Slip Diff

What is the best manual trans fluid to use on 1999 996 C2 with LSD?

If the car is street driven stick with the factory fill. While it is expensive it has certain additives that are intended to give it the best shift quality possible.

If you track the car, then Delvac had better hot temp performance just be aware that on cold start you will want to shift a bit more slowly until the gearbox warms up. Protects great but doesn't shift quite as smoothly.

As for your LSD, if it is the factory unit I suggest you google "LSD buster". You have the same issues as GT3 owners and if you do track the car that LSD is inadequate for such usage.
