Standard position of spindle on strut?

I purchased a bunch of parts and in this group of parts were some coil overs that have been gusseted and most likely the spindles repositioned. I am debating whether to keep the set for my 84 Carrera project or sell them.

First I want to determine how much the spindles have been raised if they have been.

How far do non-modified spindles sit from the bottom of the strut. I measured from the bottom of the strut to the bottom of the collar of the spindle and I get 121mm.

The front spring rate is 550# and they are Eibachs, the rears I don't know, but I am guessing they are H&R brand due to the color under the red paint. These came off of a track car with fixed camber strut mounts, that I wouldn't use as they would be too negative for the street.
