3.2ltr Aftermarket fuel rails?

I have a problem seating #2 injector in the stock rails with 36lb Bosch (Part#0280155811) injectors. Once the system builds any pressure it pops out of the seat.

Rather than get more stock rails I'd like to go aftermarket so I can get rid of the stock fittings and go to AN fittings.

Anyone?

Others do. If all other options don't provide a solution, you may have to consult with a fabricator.

Going back to your factory-supplied parts; the injector is sandwiched between the fuel rail bolted onto the intake manifold on one end and seated on the cylinder head at the other. Why is there increased space to allow the injector to "pop out"?

Some pics might help.
