Front lighting help
 

Hi guys,

Its easier to ask all here than to troubleshoot, so......

My left headlamp is opaque when compared to the right side. The lenses and reflector are clean (actually 1 year old H4's). Any ideas? grounding?

Then my fog lights, just replaced with new units and PIAA bulbs blow the fuses immediately when switched on. My guess is that the PIAA's are too much for the system. I purchased a relay but could use help on how to wire it on.
