Speedo repair shop in Canada or east coast
Hey guys.
I recently started a thread about my odometer in the speedo not working anymore. Thanks for your help. I decided to give it to a repair shop and I was thinking about North Hollywood Speedometer. The thing is I live in Montreal and I was wondering if there's such a shop in Canada or on the east coast of the US of A !!??? Thanks in advance.

Personally I would just ship to North Hollywood. They did the guages on my '75, built the Safeguard display for it later and now have done the full set of guages for my '89 project. Excellent work, great prices, reliable shipping....just do it that way.
I am in Calgary by the way... Dennis |

Nico,
No such luck in Canada,i send my stuff to North Hollywood. Does your tach bounce around at the high end of the rpm range, they do a needle damping fix on those as well ! Cheers ! Phil

No, the only problem I have is the odometer is not counting the miles anymore. My tach also has an issue : it works when it wants to... but I think these problems are not related anyway.

Last night I installed my speedometer that I got back yesterday from North Hollywood.
Very nice people to deal with. They called with questions about small details, and took care of everything I asked of them, being very careful to do it the way I wanted. Here's the way I had the speedo modified (the miles are bigger because I live right next to Vermont and drive a lot there - the trip meter works now, too):
