Targa leak

Hi everyone

I'm having some problems with my 1986 targa and would like some help trying to track down a leak. Whenever their is a decent amount of rain I find standing water in the rear passenger foot well. I have rubber floor mats in the front and they are dry which leads me to believe that the problem is with a seal in the rear. I tried taping over the rear targa seal and it didn't make any noticeable difference in the amount of water let in, so I'm starting to suspect the fabric seal between the window and roll bar. Any advice would be appreciated.

Get a garden hose, a buddy an go sit in the back of the car while he sprays it down.

Of course, you may ID other leaks while he's doing this or if you're a big guy you may want to put your buddy in the back of the car and do the watering treatment yourself.

Good luck!
