It's your own business but you "just found it?"
Did you get knocked on the head and suffer amnesia or something?

Don't be rude to the guy. He didn't know that you can click his username and see his spamming across other sections of the forums...

So, how much insurance do you carry for this company? I once looked into doing something like this (without the tools, and alldata, and "expertise") and once someone cranked the insurance numbers we all ran away screaming vowing to never discuss a "public use garage" again.

Garage
I have wanted to do that for years... or get a group of like minded guys to go in on one together... but the individual cost was atrocious.

Check what out? There is no link to this business shown as I view it at 11:17 EDT. Did the moderator edit it for him?

This was a cool concept in the 70's. in fact click and clack used to run one. The movement died for many reasons.

From wikipedia

Ray taught science in Bennington, Vermont for a few years, before returning to Cambridge in 1973, when he and Tom opened a do-it-yourself repair shop, named Hacker's Haven. The shop rented space and equipment to "hackers" trying to fix their own cars, but was not profitable.

looks that way. not a good idea to start off your business by misrepresenting things...

Yes, this thread was "hey, I just stumbled across this great DIY garage setup, you guys might like it, just trying to give some info to the community!"

Other thread in For sale was: "Hey, I OWN this DIY garage, come spend your money with me!"

Classy.
