Speedometer works, but not the odometer
 

My speedometer works just fine, and is pretty accurate (verified using the smartphone App "SpeedView"). However, the odometer stopped.

Any suggestions about fixing this?
Is this a gear thing?
Do I need a new speedo, or is it repairable?
If repairable, can I do it at home?

Pretty likely just the "gear thing". Some folks have done it themselves. I think most send the speedo out, as I am about to do!

its easy to fix...take it apart first and verify the gear is broken (which it most likely is) and then buy the gear and put it back together...i think there is a article on this site for the repair...
