Sear belt alignment

On a 75-76 Porsche, are the driver's and passenger seat belt label facing outward or in ward. Meaning, that the little tag that is on each belt near the floor, does it face toward the seat or towards the door?

My 86 and most I've paid attention to have a half twist from the upper pillar mount down to the floor. Mine came to me that way and it bugged me so I turned it around so it laid flat when retracted. I always ended up with a twist when strapping in. I moved it back to the half twist. It just works better for me. -J

Does yours have a label or tag on the belt and what direction is it? I've been told mine was installed backwards.
