early S calipers question

So, I am approaching the rebuild phase of restoration, following a year of cutting shaping welding at the bodyshop.

I'm starting to look at suspension and brakes. I am interested to know what kind of calipers would have been standard on a swb 1968 S.

I have the following markings on the brakes we have taken off the car:

Front: Atr 69; Atr 5r

Rear: 11r ; 12r

Both front and rear calipers are cast iron (heavy and surface corrosion), and look like they need rebuild, thoughts on rebuild if original / seek alternatives.

many thanks Rich

You can get some good info from the PMB site. He also does stellar caliper restoration work if you choose to go that route.
