G50 Adjustment, 87 model
I've done some searching and think I know the answer but just to confirm. Is there way to adjust the shifter itself so the lever (knob) is about 1/2" or a little more further forward ? There doesn't appear to be any ability to do that unless there is something slotted in the housing that pivots the lever forward.
Or a different shift rod not bent backward. Thanks

There is no adjustment. The Wevo shifter:
Welcome to Windrush Evolutions - WEVO - Porsche Products Might be better, but it still is angled. The Hargett one: HPP Pro G50 Shifter - Porsche Shifters - Porsche Products HPP Is vertical, but it is also on a riser, and is very much race car-oriented. But here is a picture installed: ![]() I believe both are available from Pelican.

Thanks Preston, that's pretty much what I thought. I gotta keep the heat so no Hargett at this time. WEVO looks to be identical to stock. I'll keep thinking and see if bending/welding/something else appeals over time.

there are slots in the housing for the tunnel bolts, that might yield a small change

abides.

Wevo sells tall knobs (and I've made some even taller ones) that move the shift knob up closer to the wheel.
