where does this plug into?
 

I recently found this cable dangling loose and unplugged, I must have done this during maintenance at some point in time but cannot seem to figure out where it plugs into, or what it does, anyone have an idea?

PS. I do have a recent idle issue described in another post, but I suspect it to be a vacuum leak, could it be related to poor idle?
