to what does the ground coming off of the fuel injection harness connect?

for an 83. at the back of the engine bay (toward the front of the car) there is a 12-prong plug. a ground wire comes off of that. looks like it fits over a bolt....

I believe that it is held under one of the nuts securing the throttle console (throttle lever assembly) on the top of the engine block. That is where a ground goes on my 1980 SC. Hope this helps.
