1972T COA m470 comfort equipment

my son received his COA on his 1972. all numbers match and it states that it came with the M470 comfort equipment.

we searched and found that an m470 option should have 15x6 fuchs and chrome trim.
Would this option include:
chrome around the wheel wells?
an s spoiler?

it does have the stabilizers front and rear

I think that also means the car would have been delivered with the air adjustable shocks.

This option is usually referred to as the "appearance option" or "S option" group by most people. In previous years, there was an "appearance option" but in 1972 Porsche called it the comfort option, for some strange reason.

It did not include the trim around the wheel wells.
It did not include an S spoiler.
FWIW, the F&R stabilizers were not part of this option group.

Nope. You are probably thinking of the hydropneumatic front struts from the 911E. Not part of this option, although the name might make you think otherwise.
