The bottom (red) fuse goes to the blower motor. That's what a lot of us EFI-ers plug into to power our megasquirt units. This is said to be mislabeled in the Bentley Manual as to something else.

I believe the middle (blue) is for the rear defogger.

No fuse, because there is no wire on the other side of that.
