blue ...

Can someone help ID this color?
The car is a short wheelbase early 911 with a twin-plug engine.
I lifted the pictures from a Cambria R-Gruppe picture post.
It looks similar Chris Cambell's former car, but it appears to be a non-metallic color.
Anyone know what it is?
I think it is a great alternative to the red/orange/yellow colors that scream "arrest me".

Being a SWB car, if the color is original it would be Crystal Blue or Ossi Blue. The cameras differ on their "interpretation" of the color but it looks more like Crystal Blue.

After looking at paintscratch.com, it looks to me like it's either Aga Blue (L6608) available in '66 & '67, or Gulf Blue (L6603) available in '65.

That is definately one nice p-car.
Here is another shot taken with a different camera I think. The color looks a little more "blue" (?)

Doesn't that 67S have a genuine RS motor in it too? I seem to remember that.

It looks like a clean but unassuming little motor until you notice that twin plug dizzy...

Wonder what's under that "T" shroud!?

Maybe Randy Wells will see this thread, but in the past he has told me that Eric's car is Gulf Blue. But as I understand it, it is specific to '67. The Gulf Blue from '73, for instance, is different, darker I believe.

That shroud looks like unpainted fiberglass, not yellow like a T.
