Inner bearing seal removal and other questions about bearings

I've got my front hubs separated from the brake discs, and on the bench. I'm going to replace both bearings, races and the inner grease seal on each hub. I'm trying to get the grease seal out using a big screwdriver, but it won't budge. Is there a trick to this?

Second question...I know that one of the races can be driven out with a punch, using a groove that I don't see yet because the hub is still loaded with grease, but what about the other one? Are there grooves for both races to aid in removal?

Third question... does anyone know the exact size (in mm) of the race drivers that I need to seat the new races? Using my trusty grade school ruler, I measure 45mm and 59mm outside diameter, but want to be sure before I go shopping. I couldn't find this info by searching.

You can drive them out. Do not Press them in without heating the hub and freezing the race or you can stress the hub and/or peel off some metal if you do not heat them

Just drive the bearing race out. The seal and bearing will fall out as the race is driven out.

I had the same issue removing the seal. I tapped on the inner bearing and pushed them both out together. Worked great.

Thanks for the help gents. I guess I'll try knocking the seal out from the other side along with the bearing. Anyone know the exact O.D. of the two races?
