3.6L Fuel in Oil - Ideas?
I've been chasing a fuel-in-oil problem for a few months now. The car runs great (0-60 in ~4.7s), passes smog fine, yet still shows ~10% fuel contamination in the oil. I recently changed the oil, replaced the injectors, drove for a few days, then took another sample and sent it off, which is the one that's still showing contamination.
Any other ideas? The only other thing I can think of is that maybe the problem *is* fixed (mileage improved dramatically with the new injectors), but it will take a few oil changes to purge the contaminated oil.
