Removing fuel filter\accumulator bracket

Have an '81 SC. Does the bracket just just pull off? Not bolted in, seems loose like it's got little nubs on it.

FA and FF bracket......

Todd,


There are three (3) small bolts and nuts that secure this bracket to the chassis. Remove the 3 nuts in the rear fender well and you'll be able to pull the bracket out.

Ha, stupid of me. Never thought to look in the wheel well. There the are. My bracket sort of pops in a little bit, that's why I thought it was a little rubber nub pushed into a hole.

You are not alone!!!! We all get in similar situation once in a while including myself. That what this forum is all about. But you have to be selective and use better judgement. Some advises don't make sense at all.
