Philly Area, Who Owns this Car??

I just started at a new job this morning and in the parking lot was a beautiful white Carerra it had a euro plate on the front,

FU VY 75

I dont want to post the licence plate number here but it was a classic PA plate. Does this car belong to a Pelican? the breaks were painted red and it was running (i think) cup wheels, they were not Fuchs I can tell you that.

Regards
Dave

Steely

I'm out in oaks right near you, commuting from CC. If you see a guards red 944 on 422 or 76 there it may be me.

Dave

hey Dave,

I'm on the turnpike mostly, but I'll keep a look out for you- and that other car.
Mine is on blocks right now in my garage - am going through severe withdrawal.

Dan

Sounds good. Once I get my steering bushing in, my speedo fixed and my car inspected, we could go for a ride. If you have a motorcycle, we could ride immediately.

Hey Dave,

My Navy son has a '87 944S Guards Red sitting in my garage in Northern Westchester while he travels the world providing "the blanket of freedom we all sleep under"(his quote LOL).

Maybe we'll run into each other!

If you need help give me a shout and I can possibly stop but after work one day, I don't do much in the evenings and it is always nice let traffic thin out a bit.

NY nick

I'm down in Philly now but if I'm back home in Westchester we can always take a drive.

Regards
Dave

Philly has a great Porsche community. We are meeting for breakfast Sunday in Frenchtown. Early start for empty roads @ 730am. Usually some of our other Tristate brethern join. It is a great drive getting there on PA side, a good breakfast and conversation when you are there and a fun ride home blazing down 29.

We will definitely be joining you all soon; Philly move is planned for Mid-July to early August...we rented a house in Berwyn.
Looking forward to the meets, drives, AND breakfast!

I'm not in the loop with this group like I used to be, but if you poke around you'll find there are many. Hoping to make a C&C this summer or the Doylestown show in mid-July.
