Door lock light piece missing???
My drivers door lock does not flash that the alarm is on like the passengers. So I yanked both top trim panels. The passenger one has a two wire unit running to a plastic houseing that is under where the lock goes thru the trim panel (which was advised in an earlier post).
The drivers side has the two wire female end sticking up near the power mirrors but the housing is not where the hole for the door lock is. There is no sign of any mounting hardware or anything. Is it possible that the housing is missing? the trim piece replaced? The passenger door one has a screw in it that looks like its mounted in the trim piece. Has anyone yanked both trim pieces recently and know what the correct set up is? I want it to flash! Just like thinks to work as they should.

Anyone have their panel off on the drivers side? That non-flashing door lock alarm light drives me nuts! IT should work!
