Driver's seat controls

Hello,
I was wondering if someone might point me in the right direction. I can manually move the d seat back and forth but the electrical switches on the side do not work. The passenger seat side controls work as expected...ideas ?

Suspect the switch first , pricy but can be changed with out removing the seat it you can resolder the wires.

Before you do anything, see if the contacts are dirty

Get a couple on cans on contact cleaner at auto parts store, take the switch plate off and pull the switches out as far as the wires will let you. Spray liberally with contact cleaner, using the tube that comes with the cleaner can to get down in the switches.

Put a rag under the switches to catch run off

I'd first look to see if the harness is plugged in. Then check it for power.
