Fuel Distributor port functions

Can someone please explain what the function of the four ports on the back of the fuel distributor is (or better where they connect to)? I know, search is my friend, but not this time :-( Engine is an 930/16 from an '81 SC.

Thanks, Manfred

Manfred,

The FD in the picture looks like an '80 because of the fuel lines but they use same type of FD for later SC's too. I don''t have my shop manuals with me during vacation time but if my memory serves me right;
1). Return line from WUR.
2). Return line from FD.
3). Return line from FV.
4). Delivery line to FD and CSV.

Some one would correct these if I made the mistake/s.

What Tony said, except I believe #3 is the delivery line to the FV. The FV dumps it's return into the other end (of what's shown) into the return line line to the fuel tank.

Jim,

Yes, that's the bleed line from the lower chambers of the FD controlled by the FV. The return line for the FV is at the other end like you said. Thanks for the correction.
