no blinkers and fuse

Will somebody please shot me a picture of the top fuse box for my 70' 911t targa ?
My blinkers will not work
Fuse # 8 has nothing hooked up to it now.

There is a red wire that has the length to go to the front of # 8. It originates from the small harness.

There is another red wire from the large harness.
If this wire is touched to a fuse that has power the old pop can style and new blinker relay clicks hard

The brake rear taillights wire "black/yellowish" are hooked up to # 2 fuse on the rear side of the fuse box but the length of the wire is excessive.

There is a "white/yellowish" wire that is not attached to anything and also it's from the small harness.

Thanks in advance Robert

Forgive the mess, wiring is currently out of the car for body repair, but I threw this together for you. As you can see the wiring diagram when reversed matches actual wiring. There are jumpers on the back of the fuse block that connect terminals, so not having a wire connected does not mean it is not part of a circuit.
