Question Milky oil and throttle adjust

I just went down the block to get me a good 'ol jug a milk and saw me dang 911 just a smoking away.
Oil all over front of right exhaust- which I believe is from the oil cooler, but I had to take a second look at it. Its only been a few months since its born-again initial oil/tranny/brake change and the stuff was lumpy and brown! Any ideas?

I also just changed the speedo cable(what a job and a half that was-I still have to route it again) and the throttle lever between the seats seemed to shift position. I need to re-adjust the linkage but couldn't seem to find it. Yes, I know-it's a snake and it already bit me.

about your milky oil, condensation takes place in your oil tank(not sure exactly how much) but it does happen. imy car has been sitting for a few days and when i pulled off the botton valve covers i could see some water drain out as well as oil. im told this amount of water will varry depending on the climate, and the frequencey of driving. the more your car heats up and cools down the more condensation will occur. im sure someone will correct me if im wrong. hope this helps alittle.

Thanks Fred, I did see water on the back of the filler cap and live in a costal region-I guess I should drive more.

I understand this can happen from a lot of short trips, where the car never gets to operating temp. The water condensation in the oil should go away once you get the car over 212°F.
