At 3 am this morning with help from fellow pelicanhead Richard LeSchander, 1/2 of the conversion is now complete.

Nice job with the documentation, Marc. I'll be certain to have your guide as well as Wayne's when I start to remove mine - nice photos. Keep us posted.

This has to be a first - parts flow from NZ to US...

So, Marc, when do you plan on putting in the 3.2L? Lu and I are still planning on coming over to help.

Jim: (and to any other NoVa Pelican Heads) I will be working Sat & Sun on the preparation and modification items.

Hopefully, the 3.2 goes up on the 10th.

You all are welcome to come by anytime this weekend if you like, the garage light will be on for quite a while.
