Pascha, couldn't help myself
When it came out I didn't care for it but as we age , we change.
I thought maybe, just a bit, like a shot of jack as opposed to drinking the whole bottle. Took the old Recaro's to Joe Reece a local full time trimmer with a great rep. He got them yesterday evening and called at 2 pm today for pick up. Besides the recovering he re bolstered, and re padded where necessary. So much nicer I actually sit a bit higher but still very 'giving'. $240 bucks total....any Pelicans in the Phoenix area that need interior work I highly rec Joe, this is his full time business and he's always busy but when he tells you it'll be done, it's done. It's also done right, no short cuts...I've seen him make a headliner for a 1950's sedan without anything to copy...just his measurements and pictures and he nailed it first time...with 7 bows in the damn thing. Anyways, heres my seats...I only had less than 1.5 yards so with this pattern he had to be dead balls on or it wouldn't work. [IMG] [/IMG][IMG] [/IMG]The part I forgot was I gave him less than 1 1/2 yards to do this and he made it work so they matched....that left about 1/2 in of material either side...no mistake kind of deal. Wow, I just love that pascha pattern; I have a secret desire to get a 928 with that interior. Where did you source the fabric?

It's hard to find...Stefan at GTS Classics had a bit left over so I got that from him. He may have about another 1.5 yards but that's it.
A company in the Netherlands also has it... jw@westtrading.nl, They periodically, I believe, find or have made the same as NOS...so you can try there too. |

I always loved the pasha print, but the original pattern was much smaller in size and had more of a change in size of the "squares" which gave a moire look to it.

Looks great to me. Nice job too. Adds an interesting psychedelic sort of character! I prefer cloth to leather and have been considering it myself, if I can find the fabric. Btw, are those Recaro SEs?

A friend's dad had a (new) 928 with that kind of pattern back in the day. Love it.

Grat's...great work...these seats look terrific.
We have also others colors in stock,it is like the OEM pattern reproduced in Germany, not printed but woven.

Yes, those are old Recaro SE's that I was already using...just needed something to jazz up the interior a bit....that 'period' pattern just makes me grin for some reason.

That has to be the hippest interior fabric ever produced. I first saw it in the late seventies, and it still looks modern today.
Your car looks awesome!!!

Very nice, I remember seeing the exact same colors in a 928 on the showroom floor.
