Question 74 911 Turn signal relay always on

I´ve been trying to source a wiring problem Ive had with the 911 since i purchased it and maybe someones had the same problem or could steer me in the right direction, the turn signal/flasher relay is always clicking whenever the switch is on or the car is running it seems the PO installed a kill switch in the car but if i use it it drains the battery so ill just uninstall it, the car also had an alarm system which i already took off but have no idea what they could have messed up during the install. i checked the flasher and terminal 49 is always hot but i have no idea if its supposed to be like that or if that is the problem i don't understand completely how flashers work. i took a video which i´ll try to upload
