993 Air Con Leak

Hello,

My 1994 993 has developed a Air Con leak inside the sill under the door, my local OPC tell me this is a long job.

I would like to do the work myselve and just get the OPC to re-gas. could anyone tell me how to remove the sill and the time this would take to get to the Air Con pipe or point me to a web site.

Many thanks.

Hello

The lower rocker panels are simple to remove ( get new hardware as the clips tend to break ).
Also you have to remove the inner wheelweelliners in from and rear.

The hard job is fideling in the new lines.

The lines are made from aluminium and don´t like to see bending or slight kincking so you need 4 hands and take your time.

Grüsse
