1984 911 Tach
Hey guys on my silly android tablet I tried a few times to do a search about the above having an issue since I got the car but it won't work so I posted this new req. My problem is below so if there is a thread for it please just point me to it, thank u.
About 7months ago i bought this car and since I got it home mostly if it seats for a while or longer, when started the tach stays on 0. A light tap to it like an old plane cluster and it comes to life and works fine for the rest of the day/ride. According to the paper work that came with the car, it has been. Rebuilt twice in the 91k or so miles on the car. It don't really bother me since it always starts after the lite tap, just afraid that 1 day it might not move period. Any thoughts and again thank u. Boy silly. Tablets suck,,, give me a full kbrd any day..... Anthony V. |

Just keep doing what you are doing. So what if the tach breaks one day? Is it going to strand you? No way. Fix it when it breaks, and in the meantime, enjoy driving your wonderful ride.
