Sparco Chrono reclinable seats

Has anyone used these seats before? I have a `86 Carrera with a roll bar mounted and am currently using the stock seats. I`d like to have a seat with side bolsters but I also have an opportunity to purchase a set of 89 + original sport seats. Do some track day and autocross but mostly weekend drives. Any thoughts?

you may not like the answer ... but you asked so ....

first thought and is opinioned by others is no roll bar on the street ...

if you are not wearing a helmet your head will split if it makes contact .. and the roll bar padding will not protect you skull if "its padded is the answer ...

Also reliable seat are a no no with a roll bar ... if you are hit hard enough to snap the seat (happens) your spine does not stand a chance against the cross bar .. and again the skull to the roll bar thing ....

the proper seat for a car with a roll bar is the rest of the safety package ... which is a solid upright seat, a 5 or 6 point harness, proper roll bar padding and of course a proper helmet .. some would and becoming more popular a HANS device or similar ....

Not trying to scare you or be a di** but just being honest and answering your inquiry ...
