3.6 conversion fuel injectors not firing

I got the engine back in the car this weekend after 2+ years of being out. The engine was re-built and ran (for about 400 miles) prior to dis-assembly for bodywork & paint. The car is a 73E with a 964 engine and a Patrick Racing conversion harness. I have fuel (brand new 964 fuel pump) & spark but the injectors are not pulsing - no audible clicking while the engine is cranking . I have 12+ volts at 1 terminal (of the injector) with the ignition on, and that same terminal is grounded with the ignition off. the other terminal is grounded but has some resistance (10K ohms IIRC) and does not significantly change when the engine is cranked. The reference sensor appears to be new. I have double & triple checked the wiring and all seems to be correct. any ideas where to start? I read somewhere how to check the ground from the injectors to the motronic plug, but I cannot seem to find that now. BTW, I also swapped out the DME relay. Thanks.

I found the attached and went thru all the pins and found that pin 18 was grounded and not 12 volts. after some checking I determined the clock/interior light harness has a short somewhere so I pulled the fuse and now pin 18 has 12 volts. I was pretty excited and thought it would start. it didn't. Is it possible I fried the motronic? any place you guys recommend to have it tested?
