Anyone in North Dallas?
I have found a 911 in the north burbs of Dallas, I am looking for a kind soul to take a look at to see if it is PPI worthy as I am in Ohio....I am having difficulty reading the seller....
Is Mayo still a good shop for a PPI as they seem a bit pricey.... Thanks

Mayo is great, worth the money. Can also try Mullenix Motorsports, Ed does great work and may be closer to where your car is located as Ed is north of Dallas, Mayo is closer to Ft Worth. Hope this helps - good luck.

Mayo is very good - there are others that are equally good at a PPI. Zims is another.
I may have time next week to take a look. Give me the sellers contact info and I'll see if I can get over there. |

Ask the other shops if they pull the bottom covers off to check the studs. Ask Mayo the same. That is rough indicator of the depth of a particular PPI. On my SC, I have to pull the Cat (pipe) off to pull the valve cover. That takes time.
