ok, I have an SC 3.0L in my 1975 911. I liked my old guages better (numbered ones) so I put them back in yesterday. Now I got a new oil pressure sender and oil temperature sender that I also put in to match the guages. I bought them through Pelican and got the 74-77 switches. The pressure now shows around 10-20 while idling and around 60 when driving. Is that normal?
I'm kinda freaked out about all these guage/senders, and want to make sure that I have the correct setup. Thanks! --Michael |

Those are good solid oil pressure readings, nothing to be freaked about. It is correct to match the guage with the sender (year).
