So whats this button do?
 

I've recently got a pair of seats for my 911 but am not sure of the year or model at this stage. My question is though what the hell is the little rocker switch with the roller in the middle of it next the the main buttons for?

And how should it be wired up? I get that the main wires are Red for power and Brown for earth but am I right in thinking the other Black with Red strip wire is power and the Brown is Earth?

Looks like a heated seat to me...on/off with the roller being the heat adjustment?

Ejector seat?

I would agree heat most likely, the second set of wires may drive the heater as they may be on a different fuse.

should be a female plug under the carpet unless someone installed seats that are not the original.
