Two hoses running inside the front bumper??

Was messing around with my kaput front condenser fan in the front trunk and noticed two fairly large diameter (3/4"-1" OD) rubber hoses running along the inside of the front bumper. I could reach in the opening for the front condenser fan air feed and grab and wiggle them around a whole lot. Felt very compressible and also not attached very well (meaning they were flopping around a bunch). At first I thought they were the A/C lines given the large size but they don't connect to the condenser. I can't see where they go on either end without jacking up the car and really digging into the bumper assembly. Are these for the front headlight washers? They just seem way too large for that. Parts guide didn't offer too many clues other than the headlight washer hoses.

Any ideas?

That's them and they are big.

My guess is that their size has to do with the amount of pressure/volume that is delivered. The motor is larger than the regular windshield squirt motor as well.

That's what I was guessing but they just seem so big for that... was expecting the normal small diameter washer hose size.

My headlight washers don't work anyway so might as well just yank them outta there.....

Does the motor try to squirt?

I think the lights have to be on for it to work.

Yeah the lights need to be on.

yes, they are larger than the windsheild washer lines, by quite a bit.
