Carrera 3,2 intake on 3,0

Hi Guys !

I'm planing to build a Carrera 3,2 intake asm. Complete with
harness and Bosch DME on my 3,0 SC engine, but have following questions:

- Does any one have experience with programming of the Bosch Motronic ? - have seen some 12 years old tread here, about this topic, and seen on the net, that an Editor should be available for $195.
- Can the original inductive trigger be used, if a 3,2 flywheel is used – Dimensions on the cut out in the transmission housing ?

- The distributer on the SC is turning the opposite direction compared to the Carrera distributer - do i get a problem here ?

Thanks Roslin

Man that seems like a lot of work. Maybe other standalone engine management systems would be less headache and have all new components that aren't slowly becoming obsolete or outrageous in price.

A drove a car early last week. 1983 SC 3.0 with 3.2 intake and complete Bitz kit.

It drives and runs PERFECT! And the owner tells me he regularly gets 9.4 litres/100km around town. (25 miles per gallon)
