Steering Rack Foam Seal Smugglers Box ?

I am missing a large groomet or rubber part here ?
Can you please post a picture of this seal ?
Does somebody have a p/n . I have not found a diagram where this part is shown.

There is a foam seal that gets stuffed down there.
