1991 US Porsche Dealers #s 1340 & 0741

I'm trying to pin down some early details about my 1991 Porsche--particularly with regard to its delivery point and its initial services.

I don't have a 1991 US Porsche Dealer Directory (and if you've got one, I'd like to purchase it), and I have two Porsche dealer stamps about which I'd like more information in the service book for the car. I'd like to identify the names and locations of those two US Porsche dealers.

The first dealer stamp is for a Porsche dealer in North Canton (no state); the dealer number is 1340. This stamp was added to the service book in 1991. The second dealer stamp is for a Porsche dealer in San Antonio, TX; the dealer number is 0741. This stamp was added to the service book in 1992. Both stamps are dealer stamps with the Porsche crest.

I'd appreciate any leads which anyone might have.
