Is it leaking from this? tell me what it is please?
 

I need help identify what is this within the blue rectangular please in the picture? It looks like there is some leakage from it (I guess) because I found oil accumulated below it. I remembered asking my mechanic to fix it a while ago but now it appears to be the same problem again although I don't drive my car too much. If you know what it is, I would try to fix it myself if I could.

I think thats the oil feed for the chain tensioners, which would be an upgrade for an SC. They did not start coming from the factory until the 3.2 cars.

Replace as a unit and get new washers for the banjo fittings
