When is more too much?

On a whim, I bought and installed some 1" spacers (on the rear). The wheels are 17" X 9" Ruf and the car is stock height. Does it look funny now, or is it just me.

I may take them off, because in addition to the odd stance, it looks like I might get some rubbing.

Sometimes ideas work, and other times... you end up with more parts in the basement.:D

Looks a little too high to me...

Yeah the ride height does seem a bit on the high side, also the second picture looks like the tires are outside the fender, perhaps a 1/2 inch spacer would be better.

Concur, too much spacer.

Lowering would look nicer as well.

To much spacer.

Talk to Ralph Boothe. He makes all sortsa different spacers, and you could get something that would space it out a tiny bit without going for the waterbug look.

I think the ride height is high because it was just jacked up and didn't have a chance to settle.
I bought the spacers just for *****s and giggles. I'm not really on a quest for the perfect fender fit. I figure they'll definately fit if I ever go back to the old 6"&7" Fuchs.
If not... there's the increasing pile of stuff in my basement.
:D
