I have just become the proud owner of a 1987 911 cabrio originally registered in Germany.The headlamp washers work fine but they squirt forward soaking anyone standing in front.How do they adjust to squirt onto the headlamps

If you can't twist them 180 degrees then they were probably mounted in reverse or side were swapped
