Did a little touch up painting today

When I removed the rocker covers, I discovered that the po had not properly finished or painted the rockers. A little sanding, filling, epoxy primer, 3m rocker gard, and a top coat of Alpine White and she's looking good. Still need to reinstall the TB covers once the paint fully cures.

Before:

After:

I also painted the center reflector body color so I can apply the "PORSCHE" graphic as I continue my move towards the 1974 IROC RSR look:

Thanks, Shaun, they are 9,11x15 Braids.

Hadn't thought of leaving the covers off. I'll leave them off for a while and see if it grows on me. The missing covers are probably equivalent to at least a couple of HP!

Applied the decal to the center reflector. It came out great! The wife loves it when I put car parts on the kitchen table.

And then installed:

WOW, what a great looking machine - now all you need is a 930 engine in that thing in order to properly utilize those awesome steamrollers you've got on it!
