SSI's best price

I have a 84 3.2 and I want more hp, you guys helped me alot on what to buy and what to start with so Im going to change the headers first. The only thing I have is a single in and single out b&b cat back system. Where would I get a setup were the headers are single in. I saw the one that pelican has, but It's $1200 bucks is there anything cheaper any were else

Get away from single in. I'm a believer in SSIs, which can be had for $900 or maybe just a little less. A few hundred more dollars and you have a muffler to match, and the best setup available. IMHO.

Just curious, do you go into Burger King and ask around where you can get a cheaper hamburger?

Dump the one in muffler, or stick it on ebay and try and recoup some of your costs and put them toward a set of SSI early style heat exchangers. If you don't want heat, there are a couple header options out there, but nothing that will work with a 1 in muffler. If you hit the swap meets, you may find a servicable set of early factory HE's.

There is some more info here:
backdating SC exhaust

Yerman,

A good friend of mine passed away in January and we have sold all of his 911 parts except for a set of brand new SSI exhaust for a 3.2 motor.

Make me an offer for them and make both of us happy! His wife can use the money as the exhaust is difficult to eat!
