Rear bumper weirdness
I have noticed while reassmbling the rear bumper after a telescopic support removal that the 2 black pads are different.
On the right side the pad has a recess for the seal between the bumper and the skirt, and is just shy of the bottom lip of the skirt: ![]() Whereas on the left side, the recess is misaligned, and the lower edge is proud of the skirt lip: ![]() ![]() Obviously the left pad is wrong for the car, but what is it? Which car does it fit? |

Check the part numbers. The one with a 911 prefix fits up to 1983, the one with a 930 prefix fits 1984-on.

No idea but it's like someone pointing out that one boob is a bigger on a hot chic. Once you realize it, you can't help but stare at it.
