Mechanic left me hanging again after an engine drop
 

This time a wiring harness that I am unfamiliar with. Does anyone recognize this? It flanks the transmission on the passenger side but does not go to the starter:confused:

You've already figured it out.

Reverse light switch?

That sheathing would be too thick to allow plugging into the switch as there is such limited access. Plus connectors are different.

I added a cylinder head temp sensor on my 81. They machined the #6 head to allow the sensor to be installed. I ran two wires into the cockpit. Just a thought.

You would think the wrench would have picked up on that though.
