I just saw this auction on ebay, and at 19.95 I'm not really into looking at it, but I was wondering if anyone has done anything like this and gotten any performance out of it? Thanks! Chuck

This sounds like something that stlrj was working on. But, I thought his device was for a 3.2 with DME.

Sounds like he is "faking out" the WUR to run the car richer. Pick up the CIS book by Ben Watson where it lists the different control pressures from different cars and find one that has more warm operating temperature pressure and you would accomplish the same thing. Essentially he is faking out the WUR to think it is cold (rich) instead of warmed up (lean). I think it is a waste... Why you ask? Because it is already tuned for maximum efficiency with a lambda air-fuel ratio of 14.7 (I think that number is right). You can run richer at like 13.5, but then emmisions go through the roof, also the added power is little to none in most cases.
